Getting Started

Ok so, I am new to this whole blogging thing-- I mean aside from the blogs I have posted on myspace and Xanga. This is my first actual blog. So where does one start? I guess by introducing myself and explaing what has compelled me to join the "Wonderful World of Blogging".

Well My name is Heather Ann Masusock, I am 24 years old... and have not truly found myself yet. I have a few people that I actually consider "TRUE FRIENDS" (there will be blogs more detailed on that subject to come), I am a VIRGO to a T, and I really enjoy reading a great book more than anything. There are a lot of things in life that I have learned; for example I believe everything happens for a reason and everybody in your life has a purpose -- some good, some bad, some indifferent. I am happy that I have had a chance to meet all the people that have come in, and out of my life. There is one little phrase I use to describe myself "I'm just me, it's as simple as that...". This to me means that I am who I am and thats really all I care to be, I don't really care about what people think of me, because people are always going to have something to say, most of the time it's negative.

Now on to bigger and MORE IMPORTANT things!! The reason I decided to get into blogging... well since I have moved to Ocean City... I have a lot more time on my hands, especially now that my summer job is over, and I am on the hunt for a new job. I decided why not be productive with my time off and do something like blog-- because hey you never know who's life you can change?! Honestly all in all I think that the reason I really got into this was to keep myself busy and to maybe be able to help other people through my words. Plus I like to write, so hey why not, right?

Anyways I am going to keep this first blog short and sweet... but I will try and Update at least 2 times a week. I am going to include advice blogs (on dating and such), blogs about books I am reading, life stories and lessons they have taught me, and probably a few meaningless "just because" blogs here and there. SO STAY TUNED FOLKS!!
